Wooden Mid-century Standing Lamp

It was love at first sight with this standing lamp! It's been made from gorgeous dark timber, turned to a handsome silhouette. It came with the original lamp shade too, which very sadly was all but falling apart. We sourced a plain cream one at a decent cost, but I do say that the original burnt orange was a gem. You could easily replace this now, or hang on a bit as the replacement shade is great nick. We gently sanded the stand by hand and resealed the wood, and also had the wiring redone and a foot switch added. It'll be hard to see this beauty move on, but no doubt it will be much loved in a Good Home.
