Weidmann Espresso Cups (Set of 5) and Sugar Bowl

This little set really stands out from the rest for its unique style and design! Of this make, the pretty ceramic mugs carry a great little print that sits above the stainless steel cosy. In this instance, the stainless steel outers also have beautifully decorated handles, just for some extra flair! The print on the cups and sugar bowl is cheerful and bright, and really stands out against the white of the ceramic and the stainless steel. I only figured this out after taking pictures, but the set is designed so that the ceramic mugs can be removed from the stainless steel outer which is pretty handy for cleaning, but also for when you're not having your in-laws over (the mugs sit snugly in the holders, while the sugar bowl is considerably looser in its cosy). Complete with matching saucers (sadly we're down a spoon but the 4 that we have will be sent along with the cups), the set is pretty cool and certainly not something one sees every day. Weidmann Porzellan is Italian and the set dates to the 1970s.
