Vintage Consol Glass Tea/Coffee Set

I guess we are a little biased in favour of South African wares and we're always super pleased to host these here at The Good Home. The cool smoked glass tea set on sale today was manufactured by our very own Consol and has never been used! In fact the saucers and tea plates are all still banded by plastic, and the cups still carry the "Contuff - Toughened Glassware" stamp. The grey glass is decidedly hip and if their claims are to be believed, I'd say this set is perfect for homes where little people are on the loose - this way us Mama's can have our tea or coffee in something beautiful and stylish!
