Spode "Velamour" Lily Petal Vases (Each)
Like so many of the loved English pottery and ceramic houses, Spode hails from Stoke-on-Trent. They opened their doors way back in 1770 - a very long time ago - and have had an impressive run since then. They were taken over by Portmeirion in 2009, and some of their designs are thankfully still manufactured. These cool planter/vases/hold-alls date to the 1930s which is remarkable as they are both in a wonderful state and chip or crack free. It goes without saying that they are super lovely... and while I believe they were designed as vases, I think they're far more handy for serving some chocolates or nuts, as pen-holders, or unusual bathroom caddies.
