Royal Doulton Cake Server (R190)

This pretty cake plate matches the Vista design coffee/tea pot and milk jug posted earlier. Like the other pieces, our cake plate is super charming and I adore the turquoise handles set against the cream base of the plate - all together, they make an excellent set! The plate shows signs of wear with some utensil marks on the plate (see image) from where cakes have been cut and lifted. Of course, with a decadent home baked creation on top, these wouldn’t be seen at all.
