Retro Telephone Table

We had a fun time restoring this telephone table and we're delighted with how it turned out. It's made from a beautiful solid wood and veneer combo, and it's super well-proportioned and styled. We had a neat foam cushion made up for the seat and covered in it in a lovely textured blue fabric, with grey piping. Of course, these days telephone tables aren't really used as originally intended, but they are so versatile and can be repurposed for a bedroom, entrance hall or kitchen. They also make wonderful features all on their own, as they really are becoming relics from the "old days" (that is, I'd have made good use of one parking off on the phone as I did when I was a teenager!). That said, they're also an excellent spot to perch when having a good old natter on your mobile!
