Retro Standing Lamp

You might have guessed, but we do love a good retro lamp here at The Good Home. I suspect this beauty is from the 60s or 70s. It's a really sturdy, heavy lamp made up of brass and veneered wood, and complete with a simple and handsome shape, it's a great piece to have around. There's a tiny bit of damage to the veneer just above the central brass piece (please see image), but this damage isn't so obvious and in fact I noticed it only upon returning home with the lamp. We're selling the lamp without the shade - I think the lamp would do wonderfully with a bright yellow or orange shade, but as this is possibly too loud for some, we've opted to leave it up to you.
