Retro Sputnik Chandelier

I feel decidedly cheerful whenever I lay eyes on this hip little number - I'm not certain of its vintage, but some online research makes me think it dates to the 60s or 70s. This great sputnik chandelier has 6 lamp arms, with lovely mint condition glass shades on each. The shades are really easy to take on and off for bulb replacement or cleaning as they're held in place by a neat metal clamp on each fixture (please see images). The chrome arms and the chain carry some signs of tarnish from age, but this certainly doesn't detract from a most fabulous and unusual chandelier, and of course once it's mounted from a ceiling, one isn't likely to notice this at all.
