Retro "Casa Pupo" Trinket Dish

I wasn't familiar with Casa Pupo until I came across this fabulous ceramic piece - it looks to me to be a perfect trinket dish, ideal for a dressing table, bathroom or kitchen. The Portugese company that made this wondrous ceramic seem to no longer be open, but from what I can work out, they had their heyday in the 1960s and 70s with a range of cool kitchenware and unusual decor (cats figurines in particular!). The dish and the great orange-brown glaze are in excellent condition, and this piece feels like a ray of sunshine on these chilly autumn days.
