Pyrex Glass Baking Sheet

I wasn't all that surprised to learn that Pyrex is still making these super glass baking sheets. As with all their products, the borosilicate glass is heat resistant, and does well with very hot and very cold temperatures. I think the glass baking sheet is ingenious and perfect for cookies, pies, pizzas, oven chips and more. Reading some reviews online, I've also learnt that it's easy to clean and looks good enough for oven to table. Remarkably, this one is brand new but the lady we bought it from was a kitchen fanatic and had all manner of wondrous serverware, decor and accessories! It seems a shame that she's now missed out on using this lovely dish, but we're thrilled that we managed to nab it!
