Novex Slow Cooker (R320)

I’m not at all familiar with the Novex brand and was surprised to see that our slow cooker was made in Japan. A Google search suggests that the company is longer in operation (unless they have shifted entirely and are making hair care products!). While the instruction manual is long gone, there are really only three options on the dial: Off, Low and High; which is pretty standard for most slow cookers. We did a water test-run and are very pleased to confirm that this little beauty works as it should. The outer heating shell does have one or two small and minor scuffs, but both the crock and the clear glass lid are in perfect condition. The crock, which comes out of the base, is absolutely gorgeous with the brown ceramic carrying a lovely vintage flower print – it really would look super-duper on a dinner table.
