Niederer Art-Glass Bird Figurine

I've not ever come across anything like this little bird, but on doing some research, I was delighted to find that this is another wonderful creation by Roberto Niederer for Glasi Hergiswil. The pretty bird is hollow but quite heavy none the less, and it's a beautifully crafted piece of vintage art glassware - in mint condition to boot!
