Murano Glass Dish

I can only assume that this was intended as an ashtray, and if so, it is on the bigger side - and rather weighty too! It's a beautiful and striking piece of glassware, and my guess would be Murano in origin. Aside from the whimsical shape, and those fabulous bubbles in the glass, it's been finished in fantastic shades of purple-pink. And thankfully, this beauty is in wonderful condition to boot!
