Mid-century Dining Table (4-6Seater)

We were really so happy to get our hands on another handsome mid-century dining table. As with most mid-century furniture, the table-top is veneered, and in this case, it has a stylish metal stand finished off with wooden feet. I really like the contrast of wood and metal - both in colour and medium; and as round dining tables go, this one is absolutely roomy enough to seat up to 6. We very gently hand sanded the table top and feet, and varnished both to a beautiful finish. Given its age, the table has some very minor wear, mostly along the edge where it's most exposed but as this has all been re-sealed and protected, the table has a new lease on life.
