Hornsea Coffee Mugs (R260)

The Hornsea Pottery Company were in operation for only 50 years – I find this remarkable because their designs were absolutely gorgeous, and in my humble opinion, many are timeless classics. Of course, it’s probably a matter of personal taste but their retro 70s productions never fail to cheer me up. We’re super chuffed with the Saffron design mugs and saucers on sale today as they’re highly collectible and not so easy to get hold of. This makes a complete set of 7 even more unusual. Two of the mugs have fairly deep crazing on the inside but we’ve tested them and they are 100% watertight. So, our little set comprises 7 mugs and 11 saucers.
