Italian Glass Grape Decanter

A little research online suggests that these are mid-century, although I'm somewhat skeptical given the robust plastic seal on the glass lid. That said, it's a fabulous decanter! I love the form of course (those grapes are really touchable!), but also the really pretty and delicate shade of green incorporated into the glass. The fact that the lid is nicely sealed also means that you can safely add some port or box wine to the bottle without it getting ruined by oxidation - some vinegar might do nicely in there too. And if you just love pretty glass, as I do, this one's a gem! Embossed on the base is "Mod Dep" and "Italy", plus the volume of 500ml.
