Hand-made Glasi Hergiswil Candle Holders (Pair)

I loved these the minute I saw them! Unusual and beautifully made, each candle holder is a large replica of two of the pieces on a chess board - a knight and a pawn. They have been made from frosted glass, and are hollow on the inside, but super stable and hold regular candles beautifully. The pawn carries the "Glasi Hergiswil" maker's sticker, but I wasn't able to find any clear references online matching these. It may well be because the Swiss glass manufacturer has made an impressive number of beloved glass wares that are relatively better known? Unsurprisingly, Glasi Hergiswil have remained prominent in the world of glass blowing to this day! Both candle holders are in mint condition and we're selling these as a pair.
