Vintage Drostdy Ware Vase

We're always pleased to host proudly South African wares at The Good Home - like this lovely burgundy Drostdy Ware vase. While one could probably guess the maker from the style and colour, the Drostdy name is just barely visible on the base, along with the style code. In particular, I love the shape of the vase and that each half has a different texture - it makes for a beautiful visual. The vase is in great condition and glaze and colour remain undamaged by age and use.
