Corning Ware "Le Persil" Saucepan

Until recently, I didn't know that this range of Corning Ware was named "Spice of Life". I guess it makes sense as each of different pieces, from large oven dishes to small saucepans were labelled with a different herb (rosemary, shallot, sage... and in this case, parsley), and all in French - possibly a tribute to French cuisine but more likely related to the fact that some Corning Ware is manufactured in France where one of their most important production sites is located. My small collection of Corning Ware is a joy to use, and this sweet saucepan is a fabulous addition to any collection and is both handy and super pretty!
 
As an interesting side-note, this piece was "ceramed in Australia" - I suppose that Corning Ware house some manufacture there too?!
