Collection of Vintage Enamelware

I guess like many folks out there, I have a real soft spot for enamelware. I can't pinpoint why, but enamel pieces carry a real old school and down-to-earth charm about them, they wear beautifully, and they're amazingly resilient. All that, and one can find enamelware in a fantastic range of shapes, colours and uses. The collection we assembled today includes a sweet blue bowl (the youngest of the lot I think), a grand Polish made tea pot, and a single triangular stove pot. The blue bowl is in great shape with only a couple of minor pock-marks. It's the loveliest shade of blue, finished with a black rim and handles, and it's an excellent size for all sorts - not too big and not too small. The tea pot is an absolute gem - its beauty aside, it was a fun item to research, and was likely made by Huta Silesia in Poland, although the vintage I wasn't able to pinpoint. They made many a tea pot (and other enamelware!) in this shape and in a fab range of colours, but this is the only floral version I've seen online or otherwise. It's somewhat worn, and despite a very deep clean some of the stubborn tea stains on the inside are there to stay. Last but not least we have just one of those great triangular pots (they typically come in trios), also a little worn but still very usable and lovely to look at.
