Classic Corning Ware - Roasting Dish

I’m always excited when I come across ANY Corning Ware, and especially their classic blue cornflower design, the first ever pattern printed on these brilliant dishes (a print that was carried for 30 years!). I’m not sure why I’ve always favoured this design over others – aside from the fact that it’s so pretty, I suspect it’s because it was a kitchen favourite of my Mom’s growing up. Today we have three pieces of original Corning Ware in excellent condition. All three pieces carry the same design and together, make a complete and handy oven-to-table set. The small round saucepan is the only item with a clear maker’s mark, while the Corning Ware print on the rectangular and pie dishes have just about been scrubbed off. Anyhow, the most important bits and pieces are perfect and this little set is looking for a happy home.
