Carston Jørgensen for Bodum Teapot

Aladdin's lamp? Close, but actually a fantastic, modern chrome teapot designed by Carsten Jørgensen for Bodum in the 1980s. The iconic design is truly quirky and fabulous in equal measure, and the pot is also quite sizable. Complete with a tea strainer, it's in mint condition and in fact, I'm not sure that it's ever been used - with barely a mark on the chrome anywhere. If it were mine to keep, I'd haul the pot out any time I have guests over :-), and handsome as it is, it took all my willpower not to add it to my display of cool teapots. With these beauties going for over R2000 on Etsy, I think this one's a steal!
