Arabia Kosmos Serving Platter (R360)

Perhaps the best known Finnish tableware is Arabia, and no surprise really - the company has produced so many wonderful and timeless designs since their inception in 1873. The Kosmos design was imagined by the very talented porcelain artist, Gunvor Olin Grönqkvist who worked for the Arabia company 40 odd years. I adore all her creations which were strongly influenced by nature and represented animals, fruits and plants. The Kosmos flower pattern is truly beautiful and today's platter is in excellent condition. The design was produced from 1963-1976.
