Oversized Table Lamp

I'm not really sure what this lamp base is made from - it's a somewhat soft and rubbery resin of sorts but it's still pretty heavy, probably because the lamp is on the large side. I really like these oversized table lamps as they make quite a statement - along with being useful, this all equals a total win in my book! The blue-grey shade wasn't an obvious choice for us - we were really sussing it for an ideal shape and size for our lamp, but as it turns out, it looks pretty neat with the darker grey and textured tones of the base. The lamp is in decent condition but there are some scuffs to the finish (please see images) but owing to the colour of the base, they aren't too noticeable at all.
